Construct IQ delivers all renovation services under a single written project agreement. No engagement is binding until a signed contract is executed between Construct IQ and the client. Verbal commitments or preliminary discussions do not constitute a binding contract.

Accepted Answer

Clients are responsible for providing Construct IQ with accurate property information, timely access to the project site, and prompt decision-making on scope or design items that affect the project schedule. Clients must ensure that all required permits, approvals, and brand standard authorizations are obtained prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed in the project agreement. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and costs.

Accepted Answer

Construct IQ warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Accepted Answer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Construct IQ's total liability for any claim arising from the performance of services is limited to the amount paid by the client under the applicable project agreement. Construct IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity, arising from project delays caused by factors outside Construct IQ's reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or client-side delays.
